OUR HISTORY

Pago de Peñarrubia organic extra virgin olive oil was born in 2014 from the enthusiasm and commitment of two friends. Both agricultural engineers who joined forces and knowledge to develop a new project on the Peñarrubia estate (Hellín, Albacete). The idea was that the same olives that the farm was already producing would be milled right there, so an oil mill was built and everything necessary to elaborate a quality product, controlling the entire process from start to finish, from the field to your table.

ECOLOGICAL AND SUSTAINABLE

Ecology and sustainability are in Pago Peñarrubia’s DNA, which is why our oil is 100% organic, and is certified as such. Furthermore, we cannot conceive of agriculture if it is not sustainable and committed to the environment in which it is developed. That is why all our crops use drip irrigation and the necessary energy is generated by photovoltaic panels, significantly reducing the carbon footprint of our products.
